We turn the knowledge and skills you want your project team or target group to gain into training programmes with measurable learning goals.
How we design training
We start with a needs analysis and choose content and trainers that match the level of the target group. We plan the programme face-to-face, online or blended, and prepare materials in line with the project visibility rules.

Learning in the field
We don't leave training in the classroom. In our agricultural training, for example, participants put what they learn into practice in the field, with real equipment and alongside farmers.

Can you deliver training online?
Yes. For webinars and online training we manage the platform, registration, attendance tracking and the recording archive.
How do you measure the impact of training?
We compare pre-test and post-test results and add them, together with the satisfaction survey, to the training report. The data can be used directly in your interim and final reports.
