MST Global is an events and consultancy firm based in Ankara. We support organisations running EU and national grant projects with events, training, consultancy, visibility and reporting.
Who we are
We work on EU and national grant projects run by universities, public institutions, professional bodies and civil society organisations. Because one team handles meetings, training, visibility materials, monitoring and reporting, your project team does not have to deal with a string of separate suppliers.
Grant programmes require every activity to follow the rules and to be backed by evidence. That is why we plan each task with a named owner, a clear schedule and a quality check, and work closely with your team at every stage of the project.

How we work
We approach every task in three stages.
Before
We listen to your needs and go through the commitments in your project document with you. Our research team carries out the field analysis, and our project team ties every activity to a date, a budget line and a person in charge.
During
We run events and training on site. We check quality and collect participant feedback throughout, and deal with issues as they arise, in consultation with you.
After
We prepare technical and analytical reports backed by photos, attendance sheets, survey results and analysis. We also share our recommendations for your next steps.
